Jig Trailers

Featured Replies

so I've been fishing a lot of 3/8 ounce dirty jigs lately and been using Berkeley chigger craw trailer it works fine but I'm looking for something a little better. Any sug? Thanks!

My favorite are Rage craws, but you'll go through them really fast. Netbait Paca Craws are more durable, as well as Riot Bait Fuzzy Beavers. Honestly, most craws will work for ya. You can also try the more old school chunks that look like pork.

I'd really recommend the Paca Craws if you're looking for a cheaper option.

What are you looking for jigs or trailers?

How do you fish jigs and what type of tackle?

I've fallen in love with the Yum Christie Craws

I use xcite baits raptor tail chunk, netbait paca chunk, rage tail craws, pit boss, and christie craws.

They all work.

paca craws are good. I use the paca chunk, which is designed to be a trailer. it works great on a swim jig.

I've had great luck with Havoc's Pit Boss.  They come in three sizes and offer a big, bulky target for a big, bulky, hungry largemouth.

Tight lines,

Bob

Yes but it's a little smaller - still great action.

Don't change...chigger craw is great...1/4 oz. short hook use a 3"... 3/8 or heavier use the 4"

Green pumpkin or black blue fleck, depending on the color of your jig is all you need..

What is exactly a dirty jig?

It's a jig company, Dirty jigs.

What is exactly a dirty jig?

A quality jig company, along with siebert.

These two are at the top of the list for me.

It's a jig that's been dragged through mud.  :laugh5:

I'm with Bluebasser, those Zman plastics are virtually untearable by those pesky sunfish and dink bass. I always hated burning through plastic trailers so durability is a must.
