Favorite line to use? What lb test?

As Bluebasser said in earlier thread about what to poll, there's a lot of subjectivity involved and simple polls aren't likely to get you much useful info.  Read.  Learn.  Experience.  Then ask some more specific questions and you will be much more likely to get useful replies.  In fact, I use hybrid more than any of the three that you listed.

I use all three "types" of line in anywhere from 6-25 lb. test for fresh water Largemouth fishing, with 10 and 12 lb. being the most commonly used. Light line at 6 lb. for finesse tactics and up to 25 lb. for Swimbaits,  A-Rigs and such.

If I had to use one line I would pick 15# fluorocarbon. 

I use braid for everything. All weight ranges. If I need it I'll tie flouro or mono leaders.

Depends.

1. Braid with flouro leader - I use this the most. texas rigs, senkos

2. Mono for pretty much all topwater (except frogging, then straight braid) 

3. Flourocarbon - spinnerbaits, crankbaits, chatterbait

As far as line manageability I'd go with 30lb braid. Beyond that it really depends on the technique.

15# braid, regular PowerPro.  Tie direct to reaction baits like squarebills and spinnerbaits.  Use an 8# or 10# fluoro leader when going to a finesse technique like a dropshot or texas-rig.

Yes in some cases. Some of my favorite fishing is wading in a shallow river for smallmouth. There are sharp rocks on the bottom, if I used straight braid, especially being that my wading/smallmouth rig uses 18lb Gliss, it'll slice the line or damage it enough that I've had a few heartbreaks. Flouro is tougher and keeps me catching fish in that case.

There is no such thing. The "best" all around line changes for each situation. There are too many different places and many ways to fish for bass for any one line to work well in all of them. If you want a good all around line for YOU to use, tell us where you will be fishing, how you like to fish and what kind of equipment you will be using

Finesse spinning rig - 15lb braid with 8 or 12lb FC leader

Spinnerbait /buzzbait/chatterbait baitcaster - 30lb braid no leader

Crankbait/topwater treble hook rod -12 to 14lb mono

Light jig/t-rig/bottom contact - 12lb Fluorocarbon

Heavy jig/swimjig/frog/pitchin' n flippin' - 50lb braid

I suggest you try Yo-Zuri Hybrid.  For any single application, there is a better line.  But, if you want to buy one or two spools of relatively cheap line that will do everything well, I think you could do far worse than Yo-Zuri.  Depending on your setup(s), you might choose from 6 to 15 pound test.  Or, maybe one spool of 8 or 12.  

As @Scott F said, give us some more info of what type of fishing you'll be doing and what rod/reel you're using.
