I had him make a custom set of decals for my PT190 earlier this year.  Great communication and fast service with fair prices.  He may need a photo of your boats decals so he can match style and colors.

I found a set on amazon it matches the orange perfect with a black shadow in center of numbers it was 22.00.

discontinueddecals.com,mine look awesome.You won't be sorry,went with deep mahogany and pumpkin orange and they match perfectly.

Graphics on boat are not black and orange.Go back a few pages or so and look at the ones on seriousblack's boat.Those are the ones you want,they are pre spaced,you just peel the back put on boat and peel clear off front.They are quality decals.Just look on discontinueddecals.com,2 color boat registration numbers in deep mahogany and pumpkin orange.I honestly think you cannot find a better match.

Hello fellow 40H owners! I picked my boat up last Saturday. Took my Grandson along telling him nothing about the boat, he thought we were shopping for tackle. Walking into BPS he said, "im going to get a shopping basket just in case."After signing paperwork for the boat I brought him through the service department for the big surprise. Just before opening the door going outside where the new boat was waiting, I told him he might need a larger shopping basket!

Gave her a bath today. She looks like new, oh wait, she is new. I removed the windshield to get behind it. I applied 303 to just about everything.

I noticed my fuel line was disconnected today. The connection between the tank and the motor. I don't know how that happened. I wonder if its related.

it was this connection, it may not be the recall issue but I thought it was odd to be disconnected

I think it is real sensitive to being bumped. I've had mine come loose when I was working in that area.

I do not have this boat but the connector should be the same as my 25hp motor. My connector snaps in flush. It makes a solid click sound when snapped together. In your picture there is a slight gap in the connection. Just more info to put on the pile.

Some info on hub caps. I lost one halfway home from BP. After a few calls the manager said they would replace it. I called Tracker corporate customer service and was told they are aware of the issue and will be sending out a bulletin to dealers. So it appears that lost caps will be replaced in near future. The rep also stated the cap supplier is working on a new design.

I just checked mine and it looks the same.  I had mine come apart after I first got it, but I was messing around with everything and figured it was my fault.  If anyone does start to mess with this connection, have a rag ready.  You will drain the lines of gas when it comes apart .  

 

I also have that small gap between the connectors.  When I push it closed and it opens to that small gap again.  I can pull on it, and it stays together, so I don't know.  No leaks...so far so good . 

 

Kind of like a lot of things on this boat, it's not perfect but getting by .

Yes, gas will pour out LOL! I tried to squeeze the connectors together but like you, it goes out a little. I still wonder if this is the issue or not.
