What's with all the old threads being reopened?

Some people need refresher courses on some fishing techniques. Some aren't catching anything so they are trying to figure out why.

It's usually new members that found something via google search and responded to an old thread. Saw one that was from 14 years ago dug up yesterday I believe?

All I can say is YUP! It's a double edged sword in my mind of work. We welcome the slow down but hate the short checks. We love the dig season checks but hate the hours. I love working 55 hrs or soba week so when 40 hits it really hurts, but welcome the slow down. We always say you can't keep a utility locate tech happy.....

I was driving the ol boat back to the ramp Wednesday night...water temps low 80's for a change and in a sweat soaked t-shirt.  Air temp was in 70's I believe....felt a little chill!!!!! hmmmmm....I thought .... it's only august.

I'll just be glad when I can't smell New Jersey. Usually happens around October. 

supposed to be in the mid 90s for the next week.

not feeling winter here yet.
