A legend is gone. Very sad news.

Loved his game, followed his career.

RIP Kobe, and condolences to his wife and four daughters.

**Story updated, one of his daughters also died. 13 yr old Gigi, they were on way to b'ball practice.

Dang! One of the best to ever lace them up. Should be a picture of him beside the word competitor in the dictionary.

He was the goat in my book. As fierce as competitor as there ever was. The dear basketball short video is amazing. I wish I knew how to share the link. Sad day.

He really got me back into watching the NBA. Absolutely loved his relentless, driven, competitiveness.

Very sad news indeed. One of the few high school ball players who went straight to the NBA after graduation from high school.
