Which bluegill swimbait gets the nod as a fish catcher under $30?

 

I am currently looking at the 5" and 8" Jackall and a 4" Fish Lab  hard gill

 

What else should I be looking at? Thanks

Agree on the G2 Shellcracker. He isn’t going to get a bull gill for 30 bucks.

I’ve done very well with the savage gear 3D bluegill and I believe they are $10-$20 depending on size 

Any love for the Jackall?

The Mattlures bluegill hook angle looks interesting, but thats a novice speaking 

 

My wife has just recently got use to lures costing $20-30, I don't want to see her reaction to a $60 YET!!! 

This little guy from Dream Smasher is my fav. With it's flat bottom it sits upright so you can fish it like a jig but with the great tail design, you can swim it too. My best results are a combo - swim it along the bottom & then stop. It will nose down like a Gill feeding. And if you happen to pitch it on a bed...

Fishlab Bio Gill Wake 5" is a SWEET little bait for not much money. The glide and jointed versions they have are nice too. I prefer the 5" versions all around.

 

Savage Gear has their new Pulse Tail bluegills with a jig hook and weedless version. I've got both and they're awesome little baits for $10 and $12.

The Jackall Ganteral jr. Is a good bait I’ve caught some good fish on them. I like the ghost gill.

Black dog baits shellcracker is the dealio!

Shellcracker and Matt lures get my vote.
