Are you still getting the emails or has the problem gone away?

I am still getting the emails. I had gone back to using incognito mode but I saw this post earlier today so I used plain Google Chrome and get an email from tonights log in.

Are you using any privacy protection plugins in your browser, or are you deleting your cookies daily? Check your browser's settings to see if it's set to remove cookies when you close the browser.

I try to keep browsing history and cookies deleted. I am not using any extra programs that would cause this. I checked and got the email from tonights login. I appreciate everything you have done to try to help me. Since I only have a vague misunderstanding of computers This may be a lost cause.

Our software stores a cookie in your browser which is used to identify the device and to remember it on the next visit.  So once the cookie doesn't exist anymore, our software assumes it's a new device, which results in the email.

When you "clear browsing data" don't check "cookies and other site data"  and "passwords and other sign-in data".

If you're using FireFox - this is how my 'Clear History' is set for maximum benefit while getting rid of extraneous information.

I don't have Firefox on my computer. I use Google Chrome. I did change the settings to not clear the cookies. I do have third party cookies blocked. I will probably get the email from this login but hopefully I won't get one when I log in tonight.
