I have some plastics craws and tried with them a lot with texas rig....with no success at all here in Florida... I have a feeling that bass around here prefer worms than craws

How are you using them?

As a stand alone, my experience is a craw is best as a vertical presentation in heavy vegetation (punching) only.

They are great alone or a trailer. They have great action. 

I do use them as a jig trailer but majority of the time it’s T-rig and various jig heads. 
 

The more realistic the plastic craw looks means nothing to me. They don’t have to look like the real thing.

Texas rigged with a bullet weight usually... same way i rig my worms, but worms always worked more for me than craws

1/8 oz weight on 15 lb big game with a 3/0 EWG hook.

Tried the Magnum Speed Craw today & caught a dozen this size in an hour & a half.

 

Texas rigged, 3/16 oz bullet weight, Mustad Denny Brauer Grip-Pin Max Flippin’ Hook, tip of the claw dipped in chartreuse.

 

Pattern: reeled a couple inches under the surface like a spinnerbait.

I have caught bass using x-zone adrenaline craw on a 1/8oz belly weighted EWG 3/0

and paca chunk on 2/0 EWG both using fluorocarbon line

Rage Craw or Pit Boss (still using the old Havocs) on an Owner Ultrahead Finesse Ball Head.  Toss that around brush piles or laydowns and drop it in holes in hydrilla or hop it across shallow flats.  If you ain't boating fish doing that, go home.
