What is that? Sliced steak? Looks better than thin sliced steak-um style meat.

Looks delicious. My dad loves his flat top grill. I’ve wanted to try a Philly cheesesteak. I’ve been doing toasted subs lately, but haven’t tried that.

I did pick up a grill plate to throw on the Pitt Boss, so I’m going to try BBQ grilled chicken toasted subs next weekend.

next time you make that, can you invite me over for dinner?

Moving from Maryland to Texas (worked in Philly but MD has tons of shops that make cheesesteaks) was tough on that score. A great cheesesteak is, well, great. They are hard to make well at home as it’s hard to really chop the steak up fine, cover with cheese and lay the roll on top and pick it all up with a big spatula. And the roll makes the cheesesteak. No Amoroso’s here! ?

a long time ago there was an old guy around here that had a converted ice cream truck that made ribeye cheesesteaks kind of like that. They were the bomb.

The only way to make cheese steak....actually out here it's steak and cheese...although I never understood why.

Looks like it was scrumptious!
