Boat Covers

Featured Replies

I guess it is like $1,200 for a boat cover my boat. Any recommendations for a non custom cover? I have a 2021 Triton 19 TR Patriot. I am looking online and there are a ton of places who make covers.

My brother got a Lund Alaskan last summer...Lund was pretty proud ($$$) of their covers...but he found a local guy who would custom build a cover for him...and warranty for life.

It will be 1/2 the price.

Look around.

Custom is the way to go. I paid less for a custom cover than what Lund wanted for a replacement and the custom lasted longer than the original that came with the boat.

Got the custom cover Lund offered when I purchased my rig new.

Fit is Perfect.

Going on 6 years and it's like new.

Can’t you build a carport for less than $1,200?

I got a free cover when I bought my Ranger in 2015.  It was one of several perks that I negotiated when I bought the boat.  Its just a standard cover for that size bass boat but its worth 600 bucks so heck yeah.

I don't use my cover much because all of my fishing trips are day trips and at home my boat is in the garage.  If I traveled more and had it sitting somewhere over night then I would use my cover more often.

My parents have a custom cover made my Canvas Craft in Otsego, MN.  It fits over all the irregularities a boat might have.  It even goes over the outboard too.  They do a lot of traveling for tournament fishing between May - September so their cover gets a fair amount of use.

Maybe ~

But are we towing our rig down the road in inclement weather with the car port attached ?

Jeff Foxworthy could make a joke about that one
