My youngest daughter ( 23 ) has a smart phone that can identify anything basically by simply taking a photo.

She walks around the yard telling me the proper names of every plant and insect........ technology advancements have passed me by.

The program I use is "Google Lens". I'd  say about 50% of the time I get a correct ID.

My Google lens couldn't find that one. Best match is lucky craft pointer but it looks slightly off. Maybe it's an older pointer bait.

The paint pattern is not from Lucky Craft based on the color charts they publish that I have seen over the years.

That is clearly not it, but I like it much better than the Vision Jr knockoffs. I catch all sorts of things both fresh and salt with it.
