Imho, nothing beats Red Snapper out of the salt water for fish tacos.

I have a friend who works on off shore rigs and fishes in his free time. Every time he comes up to visit , I know it’s about to get delicious up in here. Red snapper is a real treat.

Oh I agree..but they are tough to come by in northwest Iowa

well, nothing beats speckled trout for fish tacos (and of course Corn tortillas)

It’s a lot longer journey , but we have a restaurant/seafood market and the owner flies down to the gulf every other day I think and loads up. He used to drive it when he first started out
