Is this considered the Vision 110 of Buzzbaits, or is there one?    We truly could be fishing brothers and that's me being an Auburn man, and you a UGA man ?

I'm by no means saying the D & M is the best but the plastic quad blade allows me to go very slow which I believe is crucial in giving bigger fish time to locate and hit. The Strike King Buzz Toad ain't bad.

I bought my first spook at the end of September and had a blast catching them through about the end of October. It's so exciting watching them blow up, maybe miss, and come back for it!

What a toad, I'll buy one of these for sure, thanks!

I'm still waiting on the water to cool enough to get the jerkbait bite I had last year going, 53 degrees at my home lake isn't doing it.  I'd really like some more 15-20 fish days on a rip bait.

When the spring hits I hope to gain some confidence in a lipless crankbait.  The spawn can buzz off, I get annoyed leaving a shakyhead in a light spot and waiting for a bite.  The summer will see me cranking and throwing a jig.  I'll try to crack on them again in the fall with the lipless.

I hope to have some time to devote to a spinnerbait.

So, baits to stay good at; jerkbaits, jigs, crankbaits.  Baits to get good at; lipless crankbaits and spinnerbaits.

2022.  I just realized I didnt throw a jig very often.

I am gonna dust those off and throw them way more.  I love me a jig bite.

2023 for me is going to be dedicated to learning the Jig better and Jerkbait.

I've caught a handful on Jig but do better with T-rigs and shaky heads in general. Just really want to have more confidence in the Jig, I feel like it will produce bigger fish more consistently than the other 2.

Jerkbait I've done well one with a double jointed floater skimming the surface. Really want to put in the effort this year to get the submerged bites to happen.

I was getting skunked at Chickamauga late last spring and was getting frustrated so I finally said screw it I'm gonna throw finesse the rest of the trip and started catching a lot of numbers on a wacky rig including just missing one who's head looked to be the size of a gallon sized paint can..... After that I started fishing the wacky a lot around home and in a few tournaments and I probably caught more fish last year than I have ever caught including size and numbers. I bought a dedicated stick worm setup this year that I will have tied on year round from now on regardless of the body of water I fish... I grew that much confidence in it in a single year's time.....

I don't know the name of it, but it's the one where I tie on the lure they are biting and catch fish...
