Fingers crossed. My fishing buddy may move back nearby.

A friend that fishes with similar intent and interest is rare.  He moved to the Midwest.  We talk weekly and he is crushing the fish over there.  We cheer each other on from afar.

his wife got an awesome job offer nearby. Big money.  Man, I hope she accepts it.  I hope they move back.

good fishing friends are to be cherished.   I do plan on road tripping to him if he doesn’t move. Next year.  See what I can do to his smallie population.

he wants us to move there.  Haha.  Too cold!  My wife is from the tropics..

A good fishing partner really adds to the experience, someone to grab the net. ?

I've had the same fishing buddy for over 40 years but he's declining with his health and goes about every other trip.

Hope you and your buddy reunites on the water ?

Sometimes my partner doesn’t help much. She doesn’t have thumbs.

I had a best friend I fished with for almost 30 years.  He suddenly moved away to New Hampshire from Florida.  Now who does that?  It was like losing a brother, devastating!

Priorities. Some folks get the order of importance mixed up.
