Imx-pro's are nice.  I do hate that they had to add the 'pro' to the imx name.  I guess loomis screwed up the previous imx refresh so bad they litetally had to change the name ?

Ya the red black and gold IMX's I don't think sold well and weren't around for very long.

Ya, know, this is only a little 1000 sized Nasci but because its a light powered rod it feels really good on  the IMX Pro.

I have a 1000 size nasci and it’s a fantastic reel.   Nothing like my Stradic fl 1000 but still fantastic   I enjoy using it alot 

Good luck with the rod. Admittedly no nothing about it, or that series of rod but I fish a few of the Nascis and love them. They hold up great to taking a dunking. Good fishing.
