If you notice the grove about 1/8" from the lip in the 2nd picture that is the full fill line on the spool. I usually fill right to the inside of the grove closest to the center of the spool.

It’s fine. I tend to underspool spinning reels a bit, it helps especially with slack line techniques when you’re reeling loose line onto the spool

A little under, but not extremely so. I'd fill it to where the black and gold meet...or as Mr @Dwight Hottle stated...the groove.

I'd agree with the slightly under filled group....for freshly spooled.  Line size, type and stiffness would be the determining factor for any other type of line.
