I tried these this year, didn't ever really get it going in the summer, but come late fall it was super effective.  When they are active and chasing, great great lure.  I'm still playing with it in re

My pleasure!   For the first question, I don't see why it wouldn't work with a couple caveats.....first, that you use a similar weight BR fish as the senko or fluke you throw on that same se

I got the 3.3 as well but only the 1/4oz heads for now. Let me know when you get to try them out! Wish I could come to your clear water and see if I’m working them right!

I’m throwing this on a casting setup and found it really twists my line. It’s constantly wrapping up around the tip of my rod. Anyone else having this problem?

That's interesting it's causing line twist.....I wouldn't have expected that.

I just use it on spinning setups.

Mine twisted a bunch on a m/f casting setup.  For me it's on the cast, lots of helicoptering when I'm bombing for surface busts.  I fished it pretty hard before it became time for me to untwist my line.  It seemed like a swivel and clip messed with the action.  I need to try it again to be sure, but that's where I'm at now.

Yeah it was spinning on the cast too. Whenever I’d go to pluck a piece of grass of the bait my slack line would wrap my rod tip.

How did you untwist your line?

Cut the line, drag about 25yds behind the boat while moving. Retie. If I’m anchored I’ll cut it and just do my best fly cast a few times, let some more line out and do it again, repeat. That method isn’t as good but can buy some time.
