No Robe.

Featured Replies

Called my neighbor and asked if he'd like to join me for a short fishing excursion.  We went to the local river and he outfished me with the largest and the most.  We fished for about 3 hours and he caught 8 and I caught 5. After I put on mosquito repellent I didn't get another bite.  We saw several small alligators and numerous birds of all kinds.

Alex, that man's half your age and outweighs by 40+ lbs. It wasn't a fair competition. 😆

Like the 'treble buried in my hand' posts, I was very reluctant to open this.  Whew

I was just trying to be nice about the weigh, some folks are sensitive.🙂 If you'd break out the fishing robe, that'd even up the odds. Looks like a fine trip.

Jinxed myself.  Buried one in my forefinger today.  Don't worry...no pics.

I had two buried in 2023 and only one in 2024, but the 2024 hooking was in a fingertip and not only does that mean that I was down to one hand, but a fingertip is loaded with nerve endings.

Whenever I'm handling a fish with treble hook lures I use a lip gripper.
