Wow. Just saw on TW that it is coming out this year and the price tag is crazy! I thought my Poison Ultima was bad but this rod blows it out of the park with its price. With that being said is anyone going to get it and review it? It has to be the flagship of Daiwa rods if I'm not mistaken. Forgot to add it only has a 1 year limited warranty. What?  

Or put some dynamite new tires on my truck AND Trailer.

I just picked up the 6'11'' MH Fast JDM version for about half the cost of the US price. Amazing rod to say the least. I don't think the US version is worth the big price tag but it definitely is a pleasure to fish. 

I have the JDM model as well.  No way I'd pay the local price.

I just ordered the 6'8 spinning medium heavy power finesse Daiwa steez Real control rod. If you order from Japan it range from five hundred to six hundred.

I made a thread about this rod a couple months back. Not many people seem to have them. Obviously if you buy from Japan they’re much cheaper. About half price.

Minimal.  Shattered my wrist last year and was sidelined most of the season.  I played with it some in a nearby pond.  Reel seat is roomy/comfy and power to weight is phenomenal.

Ouch! I’m really curious how these compare sensitivity wise to the steez ags.
