Nice enjoy your poison ultima. Have you hold those Legend Xtreme in person? Even the legend x2 I bought is heavier than the NRX+ I got.

The ultima feel great in hand but will not test it until spring. It winter up here in the midwest. Can't go wrong with either one but nrx+ cheaper and better warranty.

843s warranty is better and it slightly more sensitive in my hand Compared to the wind buster. It is medium heavy and will throw 1/2 oz to 3/4 lure no problem.

I like the 843s alot. It one of the rod that I will always keep in my arsenal. The lightest lure I have throw on it is 1/4. The lure rating is accurate.I have throw 3/4 oz and 1 oz pencil weight on it no problem for walleye fishing. I only tried jerkbait and 1/2 oz crank bait on this rod. The cons of this rod is casting distance. You won't cast as far as the wind buster for sure. I myself have a windbuster also.

I do not own a 902s but I own a 903s inshore nrx+. I also own steez the one rod.I have use my friend 902s a few time and to me I feel like steez the one feel closer to my 903s. From the 7th guide to the tip of my 903s is very soft and extra fast. The 903s is way more extra fast than my 872s.

It almost August and I am liking my 6'8 mh spinning. I am thinking of grabbing a casting model. How are the casting models so far for those who have one.

I try both vision 110 jr and regular 110. I also try it on the duo realis 120sp which is 5/8 and handle well.

I have use it for tube, weightless senko, free rig, jerkbait , small crank bait, and small kaitech swimbait. It does it all well very versatile.

I use my 843s for wolf river rig pumping flies similar to drop shotting. It can handle 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 very well. I even go up to 1oz pencil weight on this rod if river current to fast. I try the 903s nrx+ inshore model and steez the one rod for 1/2 oz drop shotting and does well but have not try 3/4 on it.

Anyone got to hold the new St Croix Legend X2 and Daiwa Steez 2025 non ags rods? Also Anyone planning to to grab one?

Look like these have svf nanoplus blanks. The 2021 700 model have svf compile x. The steez real control model have both compile x and nano plus. With it being 449.00 look like I might be picking up 0ne to try.
