Well....

I didn't care for it too much.

For as much as I like thier CXX, this line was an absolute and utter disappointment.  Try something else, like Trilene 100% if you want straight fluoro, or YZ Hybrid for a fluoro coated line.

I fish with mostly plastics whats a better fit 100% fluoro or coated with fluoro.

Yo-Zuri Hybrid is a BONDED, not coated fluorocarbon/nylon

blend (copolymer). Give it a try and see if you like the line,

it's not expensive.

Spinning tackle: #6 (.010" diameter, 11.9 lb breaking strength)

Baitcasting gear: #12 (.013" diameter, 19.5 lb breaking strength)

I also suggest treating all line with KVD Line & Lure Conditioner.

8-)

Alright thanks I will give it a try and I use KVD conditioner and love it.

I bought some of this for my baitcaster and well... the only time i would ever use it again is for a small leader. After 2-3 cast on a baitcaster this line will look like a spring. I havent tried it on a spinning reel so im not sure about how well it would do, but id imagine it wouldnt do to much better.

I have 12lb on two rigs and haven't had much of a problem.  I used kvd on one spool and it made it stiff after it dried for a few days.  I know its not as strong as cxx but as far as manageability, abrasion resistance, and strength goes I am pleased.

I tried Floroclear, can 't say I was not satisfied but never fell in love with it, most probably will not purchase it again, but P_line CXX .... man that 's a whole 'nother story, hats off to it.

It 's not a line I would recommend for everyone, but if you fish sharp rocks and/or them extra tuff mesquite trees, huizache brush or bullrushes like me I 'd say ---> what are you waiting for man ?

Floroclear works fine for what I use it for.  Never a knot or strength issue.

I use 20# on an Avet mxj

i like the p-line cxx but if you hook in to a bigin the line will turn into a spring, but i use a bait caster so twist does not really matter to me.

I pretty much fish some sort of P-Line EXCEPT spinning reels, its too much of a hassle.  For spinning reels I use Yo-Zuri Hybrid, I actually use 10-12lb but I have larger spinning reels (40 in Pflueger and 30 in Quantum, whatever that equates to shimano and daiwa).

Well....
