If you only had 1 lure to use...

Featured Replies

Which one would it be?  If you could only use one lure all day long, which lure?  There are so many choices and opportunities for different lures, so choose wisely.

My choice?  A medium sized black and silver rapala.  It is versatile and can be used in almost any situation.   8-)

Probably a YUM Dinger.  It can be rigged and fished enough different ways to make it versitile.

Jig. I can catch fish all year around under just about any condition.

Id probobly use a tube.  You can fish it slow or fast, deep or shallow, weeds or open water, its a tube.

Jig is my main lure all the time.

On any day,... in any lake,... a black and blue 1/2 ounce football jig, with a light blue craw trailer. Theres better for any condition but none as good for all conditions!

I would use a spinner-bait. You can helicopter it, hop it, swim it deep, shallow, wake it or buzz it! You can use natural colors in clear water and bright colors in murky water. You can fish it fast or slow roll it.

a silver rapala DT-06.  8-)

( you coulda seen that coming)

Huddleston trout ROF #12, in regular, or holdover trout pattern is all I need, for most of my bass fishing. The exception to that being Spring sightfishing, where I might use a Huddlebug, or a 6" Hud, or a Basstrix Bluegill.

Peace,

Fish

Great fish Chris, read your post about it. U Da Man

Studies have proven that the plastic worm is the only lure made that a BASS CANNOT REMEMBER!

So why would I not want to fish #1  :)

If I had only 1 lure to use,......I'd put it away and use one of Dirks  ;D
