In my home town we had this old man that lost his drivers license due to DUI's, so then he got a moped, 2 more DUI's later judge told him " no more moped", ok no problem he gets some mules and a buggy. Too bad you can get DUI's for operating a mule while intoxicated. Yes he got a DUI while operating a mule n buggy. I kid you not.

No it's not staged I have heard of people gettiing dui's on there bicycle before.   If it can be driven then you can get a dui.    There is a Omish comminity not far from here and they have areseted them before for dui driving a horse and buggy.    In Ky or atleast where I'm at if they see you drinking on your front porch they can cite you for public intoxication.  I have seen cops do that.   Good thing I don't drink.   Staged definatly not, I have seen the end results of people drinking and driveing and wrecking,  While this one was funny, if that officer hadn't done his job we might be seeing a video of  a drunk on a lawnmower causeing a school bus full of kids to wreck

They had an incident like that happen over in Illinois within the past year or so.  Guy was driving his riding lawn mower down the street drunk.  

Just another reason to stay in the relatively sane area of NYC...

I'm just glad the cops never stopped at my house, or I'd have had plenty of MWIs (Mowing While Intoxicated)!

i'm not too proud about posting this..... buuuut, i know a buddy who got a DUI on a J Deere.

Worst part is, he tried to run from the cop, leading 2 patrol cars on a low-speed pursuit.
