Still $1.79 in central il my town

Odd though I drove 1.5hrs to my old hometown to attend a wake and gas is .40 / gal higher there and not at just one gas station ????

It is only 100miles away so what gives with that///

Finally saw gas today for under $2 here ($1.98)!

It finally broke the $2 mark here in NH, $1.97/gal. Glad to see its going down now that everyone is broke they still cant afford it...

$2.15 here still... Guess it's because I'm in a pretty big town... But it has still been dropping gradually!

$53.21 this morning

Still paying around $2.25 here in NY  :'(

Saw 1.99 on the way to work this morning!!!

1.69-1.68 this morning.

Lucky bugger. Still 2.19 here. 30 cents cheaper across the line in Ohio.

But, I can save $2.80 a gallon, up to 30 gallons,  with my grocery store discount

Reading the first few pages on this thread are funny, everyone very against the idea that gas prices would get into the $2 range!

I too thought it wouldn't happen. Lets just hope things stay this way.

Currently $52.97 and looks like we can fall much further.

I doubt we break $40, but mid-forties is a real possibility.
