Can anyone top this? I have caught many of these on a line. I did not then, nor do I now have a scale with the capacity to weigh one of these.

Thats funny....I actually caught that shark.

Actually, the biggest fish I ever caught was a shark - a Mako.  It was about 6' long.  In FW, the biggest are carp and salmon, somewhere in the 30# range.  Other notable big fish are a 22# brown trout and an 18# northern.
