For bass I had a day some years ago fishing a Super Spot in the chartreuse/white G-Finish (If anyone remembers that) where I caught 14 straight over a windblown grass point. All identical 15 inchers. Thought I was in heaven. If you count panfish I have honestly caught probably 50-75 straight from a minefield (what I call a group of beds).

At least 4, we were on a small lake that had numbers of little bass and I happened upon a small area where they seemed to be schooling, none were of any size but they fought like big dogs!

The first time I fished the Yamamoto Kreature I caught 8 in a row and 9 in the  first 10 casts. Needless to say that it has become one of my favorite baits.

ive gotten 11 or 12 in a row. these were in a pond and all were only around 12". i dont really count that because ponds, IMO are alot easier then lakes to fish. in a lake i dont know if ive ever gotten more then one.

Fishing on Lake Anacocco (MS) back in like 2000.  First time used a wacky rig during the sumer.  My partner and I caught like 30+ that day.

While fishing the Delaware for herring, we catch 2-3 per cast on consecutive casts for hours on end.

I cant remember the exact number because it was several years ago but I caught 75 largemouth in about and hour and a half at a large farm pond. most were in the 1lb range but also caught several 4-5lb and 2 over 7lb in that time frame. The owner has since passed away and his son will not allow fishing anymore!!!!

you run out of bait!

on the Tennessee River. The exact spot is important, but

once you find them, anchor down and grab a beer!

The fish can be caught on any traditional white bass lure, white grubs

are the obvious choice. However, this is the kind of fishing where you

want to take people who don't fish much or catch anything when they

do, especially kids. Baby crawdads are the ticket...GUARANTEED!

We rig light or ultralight tackle with a small hook, slip weight above

a swivel (light weight C-rig, unpegged). Cast out, retrieve slowly.

The limit here has been reduced to 15, so be sure you count carefully.

You can catch all you want, but the kept limit is strictly enforced.

those 6 fish were all bass on a lake by my school. they were caught on spinnerbaits. my biggest one was a  pound bass. I was having so much fun that i forgot to check my line and the next cast my lure flew right off. good thing it was a cheap one.

For anyone fishing Lake Erie during the opening weeks of smallmouth bass, just keep an eye peeled for working birds.

We'd run up within casting distance of every busting school, then just drift and cast like a bluefish blitz on the ocean

When I take people fishing that just want to catch fish I'll take them to chase the schools of white bass. They never dissapoint! Good to eat too!

17 in a row in the Big Burns varying in size from 10 17  

4 trout on 4 consecutive casts at Albert Pike.  They were killin' my Power-Egg C-rigged. ;D caught a total of around eight in about an hour.

I really don't know. After many years of fishing, a few 100 fish days, some 0 fish days, and the multitude of average days, this is one statistic that wasn't important enough for me to remember it.

opening trout day this year, I pulled out 8 in the first 8 casts.  was great, everyone up and down the stream was watching because they weren't getting anything.  we just had the right spot!  Tried to post a pic but it wouldn't let me because i'm new.  it was just rediculous though haha.  At one point I had a snag, was getting it un-tangled and bam!  got another!
