Would you rather. . .

Featured Replies

IDK if this had been posted before but would you rather catch three, three pounders or one nine pounder? I personally would rather catch the nine pounder because I don't catch many fish that break five pounds so my adrenaline would be pumping for a few days after.

One nine pounder, but I wouldn't be mad if I caught three three pounders.

I'd take one nine pounder over 30 three pounders.

I would easily take the nine pounder. Heck, I'd give up 10 five pounders for a nine!

how long am i fishing here for this one 9 pounder

I would take the 9 lb. bass.

That would be the 9lbr.

Nine-pounder for sure.

Yea a 9 pounder. Now if it was a day of slaying 3 lbers i would take that instead, but since it's 3 of them I'd take the 9

Hmm...

I'll take any fish right about now.

I take the one 9 pounder so I can have a heavier bag. Three 3 pounders would means I have 2 slots open and I would have to cull. One 9 pounder no culling..... haha

9 pounder, no question! 3 pounders happen fairly often, 9 pounders are extremly rare around here!

Gimme the 9.

9lb'er easy. That would be a personal best and a replica would definately be purchased.

No doubt. The 9lb any day! That would also be my PB, and a very rare fish for New Hampshire.

Am I only catching 9 lbs. of fish?  Slam dunk - the 9.

Thats kind of a given I would think.  Now if you really wanted to make me think, try to make me decide between three 3-pounders or one 5-pounder.  I would still take the 5lber :)

I'll take the 9 and make it a Smallmouth

Frankly, as long as I'm catching fish I don't really care about size.  They're ALL fun as far as I'm concerned.  My two PB's are both over 8 and I just consider them a bonus for a good day's fishing ;)

Well then, here's a tip: White bass are ON FIRE!

right now and it just gets better through March.

Live baby crawdads on a split shot rig will get bit

on every cast. Suggested artificials include Silver

Buddy, Gay Blade, lipless cranks, Little George

and Swarming Hornet/ LFT Live Magic Shad.

8-)

Seeing as I have never caught three 3lbers in a day nor have I caught a 9lber, I will gladly trade my nine 1lbers for either scenario.
