Kinda curious if woodchuck tastes good. Hmmmmmmm.....

At this point, 6 more weeks of winter means we'll be having 6 total weeks of winter. I'll take it.

Iv heard from several old timers that they are very good because they are picky about what they eat like only clover and alfelfa type grasses or soy beans. I never thought there was nasty grass but hey who knows but iv been told that that's why chucks taste yummy just gotta boil it. Most the ones I shoot are in pieces from my .243 throwing a 58gr at 4000fps smaking em in the chest or head. It ain't purty lol

ha so true!

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck gets shot in the face with a 12 gauge slug?

Don't understand why they even bother with it anymore. Most years we have at least 6 weeks of winter left regardless. I've also heard woodchuck is really good. I shot one from about 70 yards with my bow at a friends house because his uncle said I couldn't hit it. He got so excited because "dem tings good eatin'!" Didn't find out myself but he cleaned it and cooked it that night and it didn't smell bad. Looks kind of like a big hamster to me, no thanks.

Look at the calendar from today's date. March 20 is in that six week time frame, give a couple days. It's ALWAYS six more weeks of winter, regardless of what that little ball of fur says.

Lots of great people hail from the great state of Pennsylvania.............. I just can't think of any at the moment!!
