I have tried a ton of jig trailers and chunks, now I am going to start trying the rage line (tried to fight the hype but results are results), which one do yall perfer for a 3/8-1/2 oz jig, baby rage craw or rage craw? And is there a difference in the size of the claws between the babyrage and rage or is it just difference in body length? Thanks for the input, just want to know before I send an order off.

I like the regular size craw on 3/8-1/2 oz jigs! Big-O will give the exact measurements here soon!

I prefer the baby craw when the water temps are a bit cooler.

Give the regular and lobster sizes a rip once the water temps climb. They're unbeatable.

I use the lobster size most of the time. Once in awhile when I'm finesse jigging I'll downsize.

Baby Rage Craw is 3", Craw is 3.875" and Lobster is 4.375. If you're using them to trail jigs, just size them according to the overall size you think the fish are looking for. Of course length of your trailer can be adjusted by pinching down the Craw.

I hope you enjoy fishing them and please know that I do my best to avoid "hype" when it comes to my products but try to state the facts as I know them. IMO, RT designs don't need hype... just fishing

I fish the Baby Craw on a NorthStar 1/4 oz Hairy Craw jig or naked on a 2/0 Offset Worm Hook and a 1/8 oz weight.

For 3/8 and 1/2 oz jigs, the regular Rage Tail Craw.

For bigger jigs, the Lobster. My favorit presentation is GMAN's 3/4 oz Mop Head or the

1 oz Big O jig with a Lobster trailer.

Someone forgot to mention the Rage chunk. If you want a compact bait, it's the deal.

I use the regular Craw, normally I pinch off about 1/2 inch, but I will use the full craw sometimes. I have yet to use the Baby or Lobster.

I only Buy the Rage Craw, if I want the chunk I just bite 75% +/- off....

I've used both the Lobster and regular on 3/8-1/2 with equal success. The Lobster made for a long presentation where the head/pincers stuck well beyond the skirt, but I have pulled in some real fatties with that setup.

Craw and Lobster for me. I've always like a bigger profile when fishing a jig. And like others have said, if a smaller profile is desired just bite some off!

I use the craw on all my jigs except my smallie jigs under 1/4 ounce. Then i use a baby rage craw.

Iv used lobsters on smaller jigs and baby crass on big 3/4oz jigs all depends on the fall rate I'm looking for and water clarity. And pinch em off to get the length u want or use sissors don't bite it they smell like coffee they sure don't taste like it haha.

I use the chunk on smaller jigs with clear water, all the way to the lobster on 1/2 and 3/4 ounce jigs in dingy water. Bigger trailers slow your fall a bit too.

For 3/8 or 1/2oz jigs I use the craw with the first section pinched off. For smaller or finesse jigs it's the baby craw. If you find some pea gravel try this...3/8oz jewel(my fave for this technique) or any other finesse football jig with a baby rage craw. My preferrence is green pumpkin jig with okeechobee craw trailer, very tips of the claws dipped in JJ's magic chartreuse. Find some good pea gravel structure, chunk that baby out there, let 'er sink to the bottom, and either hop or drag n' shake it. Hold on tight.
