Lightest rod blanks
Yes you can make a lighter rod than the Kistler. It's not just about the blank. It is the whole package. You need the lightest of every component that you put on a rod.

Football Jig or Carolina Rig
Jigs are best suited for fishing a small area or spot like a rockpile or brush or grass. A C-Rig is great for covering a large area like a flat or stup field or rocky point ect.

Looking for an ATV for my kid
Yea, They kill, mangle and maim kids just like the next one. Sorry man, I work in a Trauma Center and we had two separate ATV accidents this weekend. One kid died (12yo) and the other is paralyzed from the shoulders down (14yo). That makes over 50 ATV accidents this year where they made it to us still alive.

What's the difference in these 3 Zoom worms ?
The swamp crawler is a taper tailed worm that is also a little softer than the trickworm. I use it for dropshot, shakyhead and mojo rig.

Fishing in massachusetts
Welcome, let's just start you at the beginning. It's where I start every year. Go to the top of this page and click on Fishing Articles. Then Click on the For Beginning Anglers section. Start reading. As you are reading you will find that you have plenty of question. Write them down and then come back on the forums and ask away. I can only remember one dumb question that has ever been asked on this site so don't worry about asking anything. This site is the best there is when you are just starting out. You will quickly notice the improvement as you participate here. Good luck and keep your line wet.

jig and pig?
All Jig trailers used to be made of Pork Skin. Unkle Josh's still makes them. So the term Jig n Pig came from using a jig with a pork trailer.

I'm confused!
- I love the Olympics!
Go to http://www.nbcolympics.com/video/index.html You can watch most of the games live or you can watch the replay. I watched the entire US Soccer game today. It was cool. Right now I'm watching fencing and weight lifting and judo live. Oh, it's free.- I'm confused!
The original term "Texas-Rig" was a weedless hook with a weight in front of it. But as time went by people started calling the way the worm is hooked T-Rigging with or without the weight. I guess this was because nobody could come up with a snazzy name for it. : When I first started bass fishing this was very confusing to me to. I still call the way it's hooked "weedless" most of the time.- My S-10 and Fishin Season
I wish mine was that clean.- LBH hits 41
You can't reach the pedals of that car and I don't think RI produces a phonebook thick enough to help you see over the steering wheel. You better send it to me. Happy Birthday you old fart.- One and only...
Me tooo. - I love the Olympics!
