He is a 17 year old bass fishing phenom who has more natural talent than anyone I have ever fished with. He has taken the BFL Bulldog Division by storm this year with one win and 3 top 15 finishes this year. Along with a Big Bass award for a 10lb 4oz monster. The young man can flat out fish.

In many public lakes the fish get very skinny in late summer. It's due to lack of food. They will feed up in the fall. What's the primary food for the bass in that lake?

I caught a bunch of fish on a Spro Frog last week. It is a great producer. I got some awesome video as well. You can walk the dog with the Bronzeye Frog but it takes very slight twitches. Most of the time I work it like I work a popper. The bites are explosive and the fish take them deep in a hurry.

Great post Catt. My favorite question that I have been asked many times on the dock is, "What were you doing out in the middle of the lake?" My answer is always the same. "Fishin" lol You introduced me to Buck's book and I am forever in debt to you for that. I am more comfortable away from the bank because of it.

I always throw a search bait first. I look for fish following or swinging at the lure. All I want to know is if there are fish in the area. Then I will search around more for 20 to 30 minutes and come back to that area and work it over with something slower.

I see this at work alllllllllll the time. There's a 93 year old being kept alive by machines with no chance of recovery because the family doesn't want to deal with their passing and the patient doesn't have a living will stating otherwise. There are questions you should always ask yourself if you are considering yourself or a loved one. What will their quality of life be if they are taken off of the machines? Will they ever get better? I don't want to be a financial burden on my family after I'm gone. I have a living will that states if I have to be put on life support for any reason. That life support will be turned off after three days on the 72nd hr. If this is after my 70th year of life then I am to be a DNR patient. DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) I see to much unnecessary suffering that shouldn't happen. It's very sad to know that the patient is terminal and see them in so much pain and hear that the family can't agree to let them go.
