I'm pretty sure it comes standard with a E-Tec 250 though instead of the 225. When the sales rep. of Ranger was talking to my buddy and I at the local dealership that was the main pitch of the boat he was trying to sell besides the bigger front deck. So either he doesn't know his stuff or that is one of the BIG differences, lol.

I got to test one out at the Forest L Wood Cup over the summer in Hot Springs. Besides a little bit different storage and larger front deck it is no different than any of the Z Comanche series boats imo. We were in some choppy waters on Lake Hamilton and the ride was no better or worse than that of a Z20.

And the whole tank is empty after 50 miles :

When I worked at the landfill batteries and copper where two things people where stealing left and right. Once saw a guy pull up next to the battery container, throw 7 batteries in the front of a newer Lexus SUV, and drive off.

Have a Garmin's in the FJ Cruiser and a TomTom in the Duramax. Both are great and do the trick. Wouldnt take one over the other, same thing imo.

Nope, this time last year we could still get the boats in and fish, no hard water. And it was between 50-65* much of December last year. We currently have 4 inches of slush/ice and more snow in Southern New England in 3 storms than we have had in the past few years, lol.

I have caught fish with snow on covering my decks, suck it up!!! Put the Carhart stuff under the raingear and go fishin'.

It was funny, a month or two later in Bass Times there was an article about how they hit the 3 Rivers at the wrong time. 3 weeks after the Classic in the same general area there was a team tourney where it took 20+ pounds to win and there were numerous 5+ pound smallies weighed in. Not just rods but tackle has really gone nuts, especially jigs, hooks, and spinnerbaits.

I used to fish pretty much nothing but mono, but I used fluoro a lot this year, and there ar some little things you can do that will make all the difference in the world. If you put it on the reel right and get all the memory out, get a good brand (BPS, Yozuri. Triple Fish, or even Berkley), use a reel magic type product, and tie really lubricate all your knots, it will blow mono out of the water.
