  3. Ok want some feedback and thought on this little issue that me and a fellow LBH Clubhouse member talked about. I hear everyone talking about baits like a Yamamoto Senko or others and how the fish hold on to them longer because they are soft and the salt. Bass EAT and live off spiney sunfish or hard craws, why does something being soft make them hold on to it longer? I use generic plastics all the time and I have the bait swallowed more times than spit. And it usually isn't even spit, its just that the hook wouldnt penitrate. Whats up with this THEORY?
  4. Not all Fluoro's are created equal, but a lot has to do with how it is put on the reel and such.
  5. Oklahoma and the Mountainqu.. will be a good game but I think the one to watch will be the Sugar Bowl. Hawai'i has a lot to loose. And I don't think Georgia wants to loose to the Rainbow Warriors. lol.
  6. No good idea, but go to a neurologist first. Make sure it isnt anything serious.
  7. Ask for a hard wood floor in your room from Santa , swiffers don't hurt much. Sorry dude, must be a sign to get another sign from He-who-must-not-be-named (Not Voldermort) and buy another rod.
  8. :'( That it brutal. Mustang's are a sore subject in my family too.

When you can't get the big fish and are catching rats like that just open up the rod box and get out an ultra-light. That will make it better
  10. She was a chunky one. Nice catch as always. So I see you have now went from 1/4oz to no weight at all, lol. ;D Tough to do with a jig though.
  11. Yup, trust LBH and I on this. Get things straightened out befor you get flat out migraines 4-6 days a week. GO GET CHECKED ASAP
  12. Yup go test drive them and research everything. And remember the boat isnt the thing that usually breaks down
  13. Yup, just like a grub. It is also a good idea to superglue them up or purchase a jig that has a wire keeper or a screw under the head so you are not always fixing the chunk when it falls down. Usually the little barb thing on the jig doesn't work too well because the plastic tares after a few hooksets and such. Plus by keeping it up under the brushguard and not down low on the hook you are keeping the jig nice and compact which is usually what you want. Unless you need it big and bulky for deeper water or muddy water.
  14. Awsome! You always remember your first one . Has the addiction phase set in?
  15. Its looking like a domino effect.
  16. Google earth is a great place to start research on a new lake. You can see laydowns, over hangs, docks, everything. Another good thing is that the photos were taken in winter, so you can see things on lakes you wouldnt because of the winter draw downs, such as humps, sandbars, points...

Yup, migraine meds and certain foods before bed and I will have some crazy nightmares. The ones where you wake up sweating and don't know if it was real or not. Hate that feeling.
  18. Sprayed grass or black/blue smallie beaver. Or a Zoom Super Hog.
  19. I go 6'4" Medium with a fast tip for a skipping spinning rod. As for baitcasting, you can do it with any jig rod as long as your reel is tuned right and you have the feel of it. I like a 6'6" Medium Heavy with a fast tip. It is tough to do but once you get the feel of it, it is real easy. Its easier with a 3/8 or 5/8 than a 1/4 jig too.
  20. Merry Christmas guys.
  21. It never fails, no matter what, Shimano or St.Croix always have to come into play eventually, no matter what the topic. :
