Pond Basser... would like some advice
That sounds like a tough situation luckily you only have ten acres to deal with. Take one of those senkos(or a ribbontail worm) you throw and t-rig it with a heavy weight(1/4 to 1/2 oz depending on how much you can feel) and throw it in deep water and drag and hop it back. Look or really feel for some structure then go from there. Note use a good gama superline 4/0 or 5/0 because i have broken cheap hooks on structure doing this. Hope you get some nice bigguns ;D

Catch and release or keep to eat
I am 100% c and r mainly because i cant kill anything plus i dont like or eat fish. If bass tasted like lobster yes but until then c&r to save my tastebuds and time. oh and i think that sometimes when you have a place like clear lake(lots of ten pound bass) you should take big bass out roughly 7-10 pounders maybe even bigger because what do ten pound bass and 20 pound bass eat, approximately the same stuff over competition and you wont have many of those high teeners to 20 pounders and there arent many around to begin with

FLUOROCARBON LINE!! WORTH IT?? DOES IT HELP???
if your seriously in to tackle and maintence then it is good. I only use fluoro and braid mostly fluoro and i have found it is much better for worm techniques but you do have to retie alot because after a few fish the end of the line gets weak especially in cover and you will pop the line easy. other than that its great ;D

Favorite flippin stick between $180-$250
This is less than you want but maybe a 7'6'' h carrot stick this is the one i would get. I have held one (matt strykul's) and they are real light! Imo they should be al ot more than 150 bucks. oh and they have like a 7'9'' h rod if you need something bigger

Bitter Sweet New PB
I love the white out backrounds especially on a big heavily trafficked body of water where probably a lot of people have hit every inch of the place. both funny and tricky. i do want to do this on some local community hole and blank the picture just for kicks with a bunch of people around me fishing

Really late report....2 weeks ago at Gaston..
hmmmm i wonder why that report is so late . I am glad my angler could finally catch some fish but you are always get the big ones. I wonder if it has anything to do with you front ending all the time jk edit: forgot, nice fishing overalls they really match the Famous coat your wearing : but the overalls are pretty cool

Bedding fish in dark water
look for shallow water near banks and i have used this one alot, look for a grass bed/lily pads then look for a relatively large opening where there is scarce vegtation and there should be some bedders there. plus it helps to use a vertical presentation lure/style like a drop shot rig. throw close around too dont rule out water right in front of you because if the waters stained then they cant see you so they can hit up close a lot more often.

Shoes
wow i guess i am the only hobo here, i usually fish barefoot after memorial day or if i go somewhere i wear flip flops then take them off I also use a rope for a belt (not kidding) ;D

Your favorite spinnerbait.
try ledgebuster spinnerbaits they have lots of sizes (up to 2 ounces) give you a different look Off topic though best movie/character ever got to love Outlaw Josey Wales I dont want to list all the lines from the movie it would too long of a post :-X ;D but from the kid in the beginning "why don't we just turn around and bend over" funny stuff

08' PB
I do not know where your coming from JHAWK it was discussed before that the ruler is not a 15in ruler and the fish is much bigger than 14 in. It was proven by other members and accepted. I dont know what you hope to achieve by saying that. anyways....... Keep on slaying um' yahoo, nice work
-
Two for the price of one
HA finally i thought this was impossible but You did it. Two different types of bass on one lure at the same time. AWESOME WORK. ;D What makes this more amazing was that it was a peacock and a largemouth i thought for sure it was going to be a spot and a largemouth or a smallmouth and a largemouth but never a peacock and a largemouth CONGRATS

Is the Zoom Horny Toad a good jig trailer?
maybe for a soft plastic frog but for true topwater frogs a harder plastic frog spro bronzeeye style is the best with the higher end/better model would be a deps frog plus the deps has a different action thats cool

The One That Got Away
i was having a great late summer trip on a small pond, the day before my dad couldnt fish with he was working(it was a thursday) and i caught 14 fish with my best 5 going 23lbs and best fish was 5.5. The next day same thing happens with my biggest fish around 5.5 but my limit dropped to 19lbs. Things were going great, then the next day i got tired of throwing a worm and started flipping a jig on my dads rod. On second cast i was reeling the jig out of the water and as soon as i brought the jig out of the water A nice 5-6 pounder hit it, i dropped the rod like a topwater bite then set it, i had the fished hooked but my dads reels BREAKS! i get the jig back and i see the fish hit the skirt of the jig. We almost came to blows that day It wasnt as bad looking back at it since i caught a bigger 7 plus 15min. before that 8-) but it was jut that i didnt lose it the reel did. if i screwed up then i would have been less mad. But it did get me to pick out a better rod for my dad this x-mas

Fishing Bedding Bass
I actually have never sight fished because i just havent been on a lake where you can see them. I fishin the spring it is my favorite time to fish along with late summer. I wouldnt be opposed to fishing a bed for catch and release as long as when you practice "catch and release" you do not mess the girl up. On another note you did not mention anything about blind casting for spawning bass in dark/turbulent waters because i do that all time. That takes luck plus experience to know where the beds are at. Oh and there is catch and release hunting for Rhinos(a rhino)
