Used them today for the first time with falcon weighted hooks. Couldn't catch anything with and without the money minnow so couldn't tell you much. They looked great when I was playing around with them in some visible water. They are fairly easy to tear, I guess I need some Mend-It. :-?

Are the parabolics more crank specific? What is the difference between the two 6'9".

So I "bought" a Legend Tournament Big Cranker during the Reed's sale, and was told it was shipped on the 15th, only to get a call the other day that it is out of stock and they can't get me another rod. So now I have my heart set on the carrot stick, which is probably the rod I wanted the whole time. I'm confused by the action and power listings. Delo's has all the powers listed as Fast. And the actions as MH and Parabolic. How can you have a Parabolic Fast Action rod? :-/

Yeah I already looked on their site and there are no IMX rods over 6 feet. What about the CBR series? Is it reasonable for me to expect an equal value rod even though I bought it on sale? The fact someone told me it was shipped already kind of makes me mad.

Yeah spincast refers to a push button reel which was what RW was talking about. As far as spinning reels RW actually prefers them over baitcasters.

Sorry for the bump but I just got a voicemail from Reed's. I ordered a TBC70MHM during the sale, and still had not received it last week. I shot them an email and was told it was shipped on the 15th. I just received a voice mail from Jeff, saying they and St. Croix were out of stock. He said he had the TWC70MHM in stock (walleye rod) and said as far as he could tell it was the same rod. It's rated for 1 1/2 - 3 oz, so obviously it's not the same rod? Anyways, I wanted some feedback/what I should expect before I gave him a call back. Sounds like they are willing to ship an equal value rod?

These reels are definitely very close. You couldn't go wrong with either. As cart said your going to get a lot of brand loyalty posts. One notable difference is the Revo is slightly smaller and weighs an ounce less. I have a Curado 201DPV and love it, havn't fished a Revo yet so I can't give too much insight! If you go with the curado, you can definitely get one for ~$150.

What are they selling for? Quick google search came up with nada.

I would recommend the AS68MXF, perfect rod for what you like to throw. I have one already and am very pleased with it.
