  1. Wish they would outlaw Tungsten. The price of that stuff is outrageous. Got to be aproaching the price of gold.
  2. Dang, I knew I forgot to ask for something!
  3. My wife Wanda. Found her while stumbling around drunk 22 years ago down at Crystal Beach. She was 5'4, blonde 118 when we met, now she's 119. She works fulltime and I don't. Lets me fish when ever I feel like it. PLUS, she knocks down north of a hundred grand a year!
  4. That's where I plan on going. Those spots are some mean lil' dudes. I love them so much :-* Man I'm jealous. Sure miss fishing all those lakes. We have spots over here but, they ain't the same fish.
  5. The only issue that would ever come up would be the lack of backbone needed to rip the traps out of grass. If you are not fishing heavy grass there would be no issue that I can think of. Enjoy
  6. Coosa river chain in Alabama. The lakes are lined up back to back. Tangle with a few of those Coosa river spotted bass
  7. Mustang SOS auto inflate.
  8. I did my Skeeter several months ago and it was a job. The cleanup and prep work will have you thinking dire thoughts. Good luck with it if you decide to go for it. Really improves the looks of a rig.
  9. If they are both NMEA 2000 supported systems you will be able to use just the one antenna. I have the setup information and will send you a copy via fax or email if you like. Lowrance(LEI) sells an instalation kit that contains all the t-connectors and extension cables you need. Your manuel should have a section that will explain the setup for you
  10. Go to www.falconlaketackle.com and you can get all the info you will ever want. Can't help you with a guide as we never use one. We always stay in the sleasy flea bags because everyone is broke so I cannot help you with that either. One thing I can help you with are locations. Get your map out and call me and I will help you mark it up. If you hit the weather right you will be glad you were there. Jack 281 224-8853
  11. Prayers on the way Leo.
  12. At least they knocked instead of tapping on a window
  13. Raised four and not one gave a d*$# about the outdoors. They would rather sit on the couch or go to the mall and visit their friends. Heck, the wife and I could never even get them to go to the mountains with us. Staying near the house to throw outlaw parties while we were gone was more important. Before anyone chastizes us for leaving young children home alone they were grown, out of the house, then moved back in before we ever left for the mountains.
  14. At least they are honest about it. My largest was caught back when the Kodak Box Camera was all the rage. No wonder I have no pics.
  15. Yes they are. Is everyone else showing counts?
  16. For me it is their irritating announcers. Bore me to death with all the nonsense and product pushing. A new set would really help. Not sure why I am even commenting as I am usually on the lake and seldom get to watch anyway. I'll shut my mouth.
  17. Don't know about over there, but it is not allowed here. Law to keep people from tagging transmitters to them to track and follow. Job for the fish and game dept. May be ok to do it but I would check it out before you open a can of worms you cannot close. If you own the lake you probably can do it otherwise be safe and contact someone. Then if you have the owners permission and he says ok I guess you could give it a shot. Good luck.
  18. Same with the McDonalds. If you paid 400.00 entryfee more than three times during the last 12 months you are not eligible. Keeps the pros out of the picture and out of the mess. And it is a mess.
  19. Welcome to the site. I fish Ray Hubbard, Joe Pool, Ray Roberts and more in that area if you would like a back seat some time.
  20. X2 and wear a weight belt.
  21. You think that's a lot. Fish the McDonalds on Rayburn this year and you will have 5,000 entries. BTW it is paying a million dollars.
  22. Most of the auto supply stores here in Houston also stock it. If you cannot find it let me know and I will buy some and ship it to you to help save some bucks.
  23. A 13.07 was also caught out of Conroe several weeks ago that set the junior angler record for the lake. Thanks for the pics. I was going to post them but you saved me the trouble.
  24. I honestly think it is near impossible for a bass to reach 25lbs unless it is eating trout. X2
  25. No issues with connection speed here. Just the numbers on the view count were a concern.
