boat business idea
I happen to be in the insurance business. Trust me on this one. The liability is going to be high and the cost prohibitive. The first thing you will need is a chauffeur's license and the coverage required. The cost on that alone is going to be cost prohibitive. It's basically the same policy coverage as if you were hauling a bus load of gamblers to a casino. Not to mention huge maxiums on your liability, personal injury protection, and all sorts of other certs that may or maynot be required by your state.

Boaters beware
I would start with the Mercury rep that reccommended this jerk. You would think he would be aware of his business dealings as many unhappy customers he has around the country. He had to know; otherwise he had no business recommending him. If it goes to court he could have a portion of the liability. Sadly that is the way the law works on occasion. Good luck.

Boaters beware
Blackbird is well known for the quality of work and business dealings that define the shop. He is nothing more that a salvage yard that deals in crap. His word is no good!

bass boat
There are out there if you are willing to put in the work. Absolutely stay away from a glass boat at this price. The transom, floor, & stringers will all be bad. Good luck and good hunting.

Boat Registration
Calling and pleading your case will do nothing to solve your problem. You will have to give up your first born and then, still, you will have to track down the original owner. Good luck as you are not the first or the last to make this mistake. NEVER, EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING W/O THE CORRECT PAPERWORK.

Outbord ?
Pull the plugs and spin the wotor with the battery after you remount it. This will clear any moisture out of the cylinders.

When will a bass bite again after being caught?
A few years ago I broke off a bass flipping a lizard in the buck brush. Opened up my tackle, tied on another t-rig with the exact color lizard, flipped it back in the bush and stuck the same fish with the original lizard still hung in his throat.

How to find out the moon phase
If you have a GPS(Most any kind) it should have a sun/moon calculator built in it.

stolen tackle
Sorry, that really sucks. I hate a thief. In about 90 days start checking the pawn shops within a 50 mile radius and you will probably be able to buy back some of your things. Good luck!

Need advice on electronics?
Didn't say it was a GPS unit. NMEA 2000 network certification is pending. Unit has a plug and play hub for high speed data sharing with other compatible units. Allows the sharing of sonar data even with a GPS only unit if you decide to go that way. The expansion port part number is 132-031 if you decide to go that route. It (510) will not allow you to mark waypoints. You cannot network a nonGPS unit to a GPS unit and turn it into a workable gps by adding an antenna and the other unit.

The X510c is compatible with all 2007 and newer units that have a 5 pin eathernet connection.

Spark plug question?
Boxes get droped in shipment and in merchandizing. Always check the gap, it takes five seconds. Why would you not?

Old Gasoline
Mine set up 9 weeks last year treated with Stabil when I had my surgery and a full tank and I had no problems. I think if the tank is full you have no worry about the condensation. Someone correct me if I am giving out wrong info. Just had no problem with mine.

Youth programs
I love this post. Entire industry is complaining about the lack of participation and they continue to do very little to promote the youngsters. They better wake up before all of us get to old to support. Otherwise they will be trying to figure out what happened. Again, good post.

Buying Used
I paid 3400.00 to have the stringers and transom replaced in my Skeeter. I did the floor a year later myself. Cost about 125.00 for materials. Sticker shock made me do it and I am completely happy with the decision.

BASS vs FLW
Not much. Lots of the pros fish both. Not sure what you are looking for. They have a pro side and (Sometimes) a co-angler side. A pro and a co-angler share a boat but are not fishing against each other. Cost of entry is sizable for the pros and a little cheaper for the co-anglers. Therefore, the prize monies will vary accordingly. Most of the larger circuits fish a day or two and cut down the field on days three and/or four. Some cut the field to 50 on day two or three and then if a four day tournament they will cut it to the top ten or twelve. You can enter online, by mail, or in person; however, check the rules, as many require you to pay before prefishing.

How do you enter or qualify for a circuited tournament?
Google: bass tournaments. About ten thousand to pick from

For those that did not know him you missed out on one of the greatest fishermen and one of the nicest individuals you would ever have the chance to meet. He was 59. I cannot find Catt's phone number. If anyone has it please PM me or call me at 281 224-8853 so I can let him know.
