I have a FLOOGER (don't need a stinkin' she-mono) Medalist that is made for saltwater, it holds plenty of line, something like 210 yards of 10# , anyways, it is pretty beefy. Just thought I would let you know as far as spinning reels are concerned. -gk

Forget the other floogers mentioned, get a MEDALIST. I got the one that holds a whole bunch of 10#. 10 bearings for $80. Silky smooth, far casting, I really like it. -sm

They are pretty much dink rods. I saw it on a show one time, they were ice fishing for walleye and were catching fish that make a dink bass look good. -sm
