Overruns On Baitcaster
It happens man. I have been using BC gear for years and it still happens to me every 20th cast or so i will strip out a few pulls of line and fix it. It reminds me to thumb the spool a little more and after about 20 more casts it happens again. Its a never ending process.

2 Years And 4 Days
I went fishing with my dad a couple of times when i was younger before he started leaving and coming back into my life. Never learned anything cause i was too young though. Later on in life at about 16 i became interested in fishing again with a buddy of mine. His interest died after a few months but mine kept growing. Thats when i started looking online for resources to learn since i had no one to learn from. I remember when i found BR i think i stayed up late for 3 days glued to the computer reading all of RW posts about how to get started with senkos and fat ika's. The difference in rod power and action for specific techniques and lures. Asking tons of questions about how to fish what lure in what time of the year and how to work it. It has been 6 years now and i feel i have come a long way. Before i found BR i was casting 4" senkos with bobbers wondering why i couldnt get bit. Fast forward 6 years to me locating bass holding on a log 15 ft under water that i found using electronics. I feel i have come A LONG LONG LONG WAY. I without a doubt owe it to Bass Resource and all of the members. The thing that i appreciate the most is knowing that i can teach my son when he gets a little bit older ( he is barely 2). Not trying to give a sob story but i never got to enjoy those things with my dad so i look forward to answering any question he has when he is old enough to get out there with me. Again, without BR i would not be able to do this. Big thanks to Glenn, the mods and everyone who has answered a question or posted something informative.

Yozuri Hybrid Vs Fluorcarbon
I have never used flouro but i use yo zuri almost exclusively. 6-8 lbs on spinning and 12lbs on BC. I dont know if i can call it sensitive cause i have never had a problem with sensitivity even when i use trilene xl 14# or p line cxx. But it is VERY strong and VERY abrasion resistant. I have straightened hooks out numerous times trying to get free. 6lbs has a breaking strength of about 12lbs and 12 lbs has abreaking strength of almost 20lbs. Go to www.yo-zuri.com and click on fishing line and read what it says. Should answer your questions.

How Do You Reply When A Stranger Says Thank You?
I am in and out of hospitals, facilities and patients homes all day so holding a door or elevator is second nature to me. I always say yes sir, yes mam, thank you or i appreciate it when someone holds something for me. If im doing the holding and someone thanks me i still say yes sir, yes mam, your welcome or my pleasure. If someone doesnt thank me i dont make it a point to be an A hole. Why waste your breathe? Sometimes eye contact and a nod works too.

Fishing Creeks
B1 is our launch spot and the creek to the left is what i have questions about. We have hit it recently a couple of times with not 1 single fish. However, we have not been since the temps have been consistently in the 80's and low 60's at night. and this week we have had highs in the high 80's to 91 and lows at 66 on average so i know the water has to be a little warmer. My question is, with these temps, when would fish be apt to move into the creek? Is there any deciding factor that would make them get up in the creek? The creek is a couple miles long and 8-10 ft deep with TONS of cover, mainly submerged trees and some shallower spots with weeds. I mean trolling through it at first glance it looks like one of those spots that you dream about. Just amazing. Is it the wrong time of year or what? We plan on going sunday and checking it out.

Fishing With...food?
I was eating some fettucini for dinner and wishing i was on the lake. Then i started thinking about eating fettucini on the boat at the lake while fishing. Then i thought about the noodles themselves. A fettucini noodle Has a good wide shape and as far as food goes, i think would make a good worm substitute. Much better than a spaghetti noodle, they are too small in diameter. Then i started really thnking about other foods that might work as lures. Gummy worms of course came to mind, along with twizzlers. Any others you can think of?

I believe it is already in effect. Debit card usage is one of the criteria. Must be used atleast 10 times a month which is no problem for me!

Wally Freakin World!
Went to order my daughters birthday cake today from walmart and i when i got to the bakery the baker was on break. I took a stroll to the fishing department to kill time. I was looking at all of the new tackle they had stocked thinking to myself, when the hell did this happen? And then i saw it......On the bottom of the isle. 3 boxes FILLED up with the following Yum Money Minnows (the larg size) in packs of 2. There were a few packs in the box. An assortment of plastics including paca craws, yum dingers, power worms in 7 and 10", Yum wooley bugs, about 4 other yum plastics i am not familiar with. Cotton Cordel super spots in a few different colors including my 2 favorites, chrome and shad in 1/2 oz. Numerous other Cotton cordel cranks. Bomber cranks in a few different colors in medium and deep diving. Some small Storm swimbaits Strike king kvd cranks in sexy shad, lipless and deep divers. 2/0 and 3/0 gamakatsu ewg hooks water gremlin weights in 1/8 oz and 1/16 oz. 3/8 football jigs in black and blue, im unsure of the brand but i think they were booyah. Strike king 3/8 tungsten weights. Some small crappie baits and other random stuff i could careless about. These boxes were all labeled 1.96 cents with a red clearence tag. I thought surely this is false and only some were 1.96. The money minnows are pretty pricey so thought there was no way. I asked the sporting goods department employee about the price and he said yes everything in the boxes were marked 1.96 cents because they had been there since the 1st of the year and still have not sold. We just switched banks to Wells Fargo and closed out our account at another bank. Our debit cards have not hit the mailbox yet so all of our money is in the bank but no way to reach it unless i make a withdrawl and the bank was already closed. I only had 7 dollars cash in my wallet so i grabbed some super spots and SK red eye lipless cranks in bleeding shad. I wish they had the smaller size money minnows though, i have been wanting to try them. The size they had was WAY to large for where i fish.

If You Had One Lure To Use For The Rest Of Your Life, What Would It Be?
This was my first thought, exact same color and size too! But i started thinking about the trebles and if i was fishing in a rough spot with alot of hang ups, so I decided on a senko!

Docks
Weightless super fluke or weightless senko are a couple of my favorites for docks.

Grubs
I just realized how much i NEVER hear about grubs when it comes to bass fishing. I use grubs for panfish. Honestly, i have never even thrown a grub while bass fishing. I just picked up some fat alberts and they look like the ultimate flipping bait. If the academy i went to would have had SK rage tail grubs i would have bought them. IMO the Rage Tail action is un-beatable. Do yall fish these often? whats your favorite way?

'dem Saints Heads Rolled...
This whole story is a mess with a bunch of holes in it already. ESPN broke this story without concrete evidence. I seriously doubt this happened for a number of reasons. When saints members were questioned about the bounty system they seemed reluctant to deny it. Every person with the saints that has been questioned about this has vehementley denied it over and over. I would like to think with as much trouble as they are already in, they wouldnt deny it because if it is true it will eventually be uncovered. Also, the saints record for the multiple seasons that were played while the supposed "tap" was installed is about a 500 average. You think they would have done a little better knowing every play the opposing team is about to make. I think espn jumped into something a little to quick for once!!

What Do You Think Of The Name Justice For A Boy?
I only know of girls with that name. If it makes yall happy though then go ahead. I am, like many others, a fan of more traditional names. ALTHOUGH, my wife and i could not agree on ANYTHING because she is the most hard headed stubborn woman on earth. She named our some Rylan and I named our daughter Addison. The name is growing on me though. I try and picture the name in a business setting. Plus you can do alot of play on words with the name Justice and im sure it wouldnt help him as he goes through school. On a side note, i used to work with a woman who named her son "Paint". Yeah, im serious.....Paint.

Copolymer Lines.... For What?
Ok. Was just curious because p line offers another line called c21 copolymer. Didnt understand why they would have 2 copolys and only identify 1....

Bass Pro Shops® Nitro Tournament Z Low-Profile Vs Pro Qualifier
Get the PQ. I own both the PQ and the Nitro Z. Both are nice but the PQ is deffinitely the better of the 2. I bought the Nitro Z a while back needing an affordable replacement for my spinnerbait rig when the reel i was using broke. I still use it now and love it. if 60 is your price range then get the Nitro Z, if you can afford the PQ then get it instead. It is worth the extra bucks IF you have it to spend. Otherwise, the Nitro will do what you need it to do.

Your Worm(S)?
I am a big fan of plastics, mainly worms. I have been running through as many kinds as i can in the past year and a half spending equal amounts of time with each brand and style that i try, trying to find "the one". What i realize though is, for me, there is no "1". But there is 2!! I find having an action packed worm like a rage tail anaconda and then having something alot more subtle like a zoom trick worm has helped me tremendously. If 1 doesnt work i can throw the other and get bit. I guess sometimes they just want a more subtle approach vs all the action of the rage tail dancing in there face and vice versa. Do you have that 1 worm you throw faithfully, or do you have a couple favorites?

Rage Craw
Falcon lake craw is, my favorite by far! They all produce though.

Copolymer Lines.... For What?

Brush Hawg
More so with the baby brush hogs. They are good plastics. I keep them as close to weightless as possible, usually an 1/8 Oz bullet unless I'm flipping into cover I will go 1/4 Oz.
