  1. any trout fisherman out there that are going?
  2. COLD FRONTS!!! like most other animals, crawfish also slow do and will not move during a front. I've seen anglers put down the faster more aggresive lures and will start using a texas rig craw with no luck

  7. depends on alot of factors usally i go with a really fast retrieve or a painfully slow retrieve fast retrieve for when the bass are aggressive and really feeding on minnows slow retrieve when they are more sluggish and demand a more natural technigue mimicing a craw
  8. depends on the depth i would say i like them for fishing river weeds so i like little bit heavier ones like 3/8 ounce and when u feel a weed rip it through great reaction softbait u can use them on a weightless trig i have heard and fish them as a topwater or wakebait
  9. yea because of PAs laws on no tournaments or keeping bass during the spawn yea well good luck at erie i havent fish over that way for awhile when i normally go i go through port clinton in sandusky ohio
  10. yea so it works out i have so many plans on fishing this year its not even funny
  11. yea when i first started fishing alot, i fished with a group of people and that guy that created it was one of them everyone was fishing with them they said fish it like a spinnerbait i didnt do any good on them so i switched and i wacked them on small grubs there were a few people that stuck with them and they didnt do good at all so thats the only time i fished them
  12. if u shop around u can get a shimino citca for just about 100bucks check out ebay too u can get new 200 dollar reels for like 80
  13. idk but it just seems like its speeding up but thats ok because they we give me alot of days in may off so i be able to fish the spawn alot i already have all the weekends off and plans for everyone
  14. i havent fish the lake for awhile i fish the feeder river the raystown branch alot and i love the smallie fishing there a guy named Bassinbrett from what i heard fishes the lake quite a bit

  17. yea they work i caught them on DT 6s alot but the last time i went out i was throwing a DT22 on some deep riprap and only caught 3 largemouths no smallies
  18. lol yea sounds like fun im off wednesday not sure how the weather is supposed to be but if its nice i will probably go out and see what i cant catch
  19. they work great for my little v bottom boat because the benches have a space under the seat for tackle and the clamps fit right into a slot so im not sure how good they would hold on a jon boat like in the picture just another option
  20. u can find clamps that can fit onto any size bench sit then u can buy any boat seat and mount it its very easy http://images.outdoorinteractive.net/mgen/263602_d.jpg

  22. o yea just wondering i have a small v bottom boat just for fishing some smaller lakes where i live its 12 foot and i was thinking about adding a small deck to it but i dont think i will
