My Berkely scale has been my buddy for 5 years. Although I just found out that it is off by 3 oz. So all my past reports on big bass have been lies.

How has the bass fishing been there recently? Is the fall feed starting to occur? Are the majority of the fish moving shallow and cruising the flats?

bass are active again and hitting cranks, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits drop shots, senkos Getting lots of fish on 10' before dropoffs on outside of deep weed edges and in deep weeds 5-12'

a slow drift sounds best but never tried it All I fish is senkos in rivers

how about drop shot? it keeps the bait off the bottom I've never heard of the crankbait thing
