  1. I fish with Tokyo Tony in an 8' grumman Rowboat and theres plenty of room and my boat is very stable with both of us standing. its all in the hull design. and plenty of room

  5. A Senko could get anyone hooked on bassin' When I take a newbie out thats what we throw and sometimes they outfish me --skill has no bearing here
  6. My almost 2 year old daughter reeled in a 3lb smallie Labor Day. I held the rod and she reeled. The whole time she was saying "Hi fishy" when it was jumping and Where's fishy when it was diving, then "there she is" Senkos are great for kids too

  8. The other side of the culvert is like a completely different fishery. Shallow and lots of pads. Its worth a few casts on the edges or doing some froggin. Its a big lake on both sides so choose your strength. Sounds like you have a good game plan to start.
  9. Been there 3 times in the past. Good lake. lots of good spots from a boat. It is worth it to go through the tunnel too, but the main lake has plenty of fish too. I don't have any great spots, but I've got bass from about everywhere. There's docks grasslines and lillypads, laydowns, rock, good points and dropoffs. good chance of getting some fatties. Ave. fishing pressure, some club tourneys but I don't think it gets hammered. any other Q's

  11. Thanks I was hoping it wasn't me. I am catching fish in new areas b/c the bass aren't where they were last summer. Probably due to high water too. Most of the fish have been dinks too

  16. Some companys make products special for discount companys with cheaper parts and some just buy in bulk or under contracts. Not sure what Amazons deal is
  17. I fish about 6 club events and 5 tourneys on the CT-Outdoors trail which usually has 40 boats Love it!
  18. drop shot 3 inch senko or 6" senko my all around color is green pumpkin or watermelon no weight wacky rig and deadstick it on slack line and let it sit on the bottom for a few seconds thats my well known secret
  19. or try a spinerrbait parellel to the grassline sounds like a good lake to fish

  23. is it an open event, club or trail? What is you fishing style? Do you have a nice boat? (joke)
  24. 24" of rain in some parts. my heart goes out to those negatively affected. I know you are in a drought but this is extreme. Sincerely
