Forget the weight it's all about getting that first jerk bait fish. Congrats o adding a new weapon to your arsenal.

The 15lb Boga weighs in 1/4 pound increments. If the fish weight is between lines just add 2 oz to the lower weight showing. Very reliable and works great for toothy fish & multiple treble hook lures.

Maybe more fun in June. But I still enjoy one today.

Nontechnical answer iis anything hard to retrieve use a slower ratio. Easy to retrieve baits use a fast or faster ratio.
