I wear only Mountain Hardwear and The North Face.
  2. I can speak very highly of the Ctica. Never used a Revo.
  3. Crawfish or Goldfish.

We have set temperature records about 3 days straight here. (Just west of Winston Salem, NC.) I know how you feel. P.S. I have family and friends living at Wrightsville and Oak Island.
  5. Woooah, low blow!
  6. Does the alcohol take off some kind of important finish? In other words, is it absolutely necessary to seal after you clean?
  7. Howdy!
  8. I think 10-15 yards should be enough. Putting more braid allows you to keep fresh line on after knicks, frays and what not. If you are trying to save money electrical tape or sports tape works as well.
  9. Haha, that's not always a bad thing. A small lb. test flouro line or leader is always helpful in clear water.
  10. Natural, translucent colors. Green pumpkins, watermelons, whites, clears, silvers, etc...
  11. Some people swear by the Curado and some say the Citica can compete just as well. Either way you can't go wrong.

    Welcome dude!
  13. Depends on what you'll be using it for. I feel like the rod is more important than the reel. I have mine on a 6' MF and have heard of people putting them on 7's.
  14. I sent mine in about a month before it ended and I haven't seen squat! >
  15. I fish mostly ponds so I use short rods too. I have a 6' St. Croix Premier. From what I hear you'd be better off to go with the St. Croix Avid though.
  16. I've had Yuengling, and it wasn't bad at all. Thanks for the info, you learn something new every day!
  17. I think we could be friends. From what I hear Heineken would be too dark of a beer for me, but that's just what I hear. Heineken is not a dark beer. Heineken is a pilsner which is very light colored. Aside from the appearance the color of a beer has no bearing on its taste. Guiness is dark but smooth while a Belgian triple is light but very strong. Oh and beer in Europe is serious business Bud Light and that swill does not hold a candle to the beers of Europe. I do not consider myself to be a beer connoisseur. The $12.00 cases at local gas stations usually get the job done for me. The one time I had it, it tasted like molasses. That's just something I don't quite enjoy.
  18. Does this go for ponds too?
  19. Thats a beautiful pond!

  21. To be completely honest I have never fished a lake; I only fish ponds around my area. I will one day though. Also, I read somewhere that a good percentage of bigger bass are caught in ponds rather than lakes, so they work for me
  22. I go to Appalachian State in northwestern North Carolina. It's closer to TN than VA but I thougt I'd post anyway.
  23. Howdy!
