  11. If it gets to bad, I might have to pull a Jerimiah Johnson
  12. If it was a jewfish the most important thing to do is apply a lot of pressure to it at the beginning so that you can get it off the bottom. Otherwise, it will get in the rocks and break you off. When fighting a big fish it is very important to remember to give what he takes and take what he gives. If you try to horse a big fish you will more than likely lose. Remember, you are not in a race, so enjoy the fight and catch him.
  13. Southpaw here- I cast with my left and reel with my right.
  14. I really enjoyed watching this show, but I wish they would have spent a little time on those that do not fish for the sole purpose of breaking records and winning money. The show contained a lot of amazing underwater footage, which I found most enjoyable. It was a blast to watch in HD.
  15. That is why I ALWAYS wear sunglasses. I cannot imagine how bad that hurt.
  16. $300 in a day You guys are high rollers. The most I lost is $30. I lost a jackall giron and a spro frog. What ticks me off the most is I lost them before I caught a fish with either of them. :'( I knew I should have made the giron into a keychain.
  17. Does Cabelas host a similar event with a big sale?
