  4. All right i checked my motors manual and it said the rpm for open throttle is between 5000-5500, and as for repairing the prop im sure it cannot be done, i did a number to it.
  5. Alright i did some damage to my prop and i need to buy a new one, the guy at the boat store looked up the specs on my boat size and engine size and determined it would have to be an 11" prop with 19" pitch, but the one that was on there was 11" and 13", does any one have any idea which would be the best one. i Have an 1981 115hp mercury with straight cylinders and its on an 18'6" Astro Fish and Ski, i dont exactly know the weight of the boat but i will use it mostly for fishing not so much skiing. so if anyone has any clue or can help me out with this please let me know. Thanks, Dylan

  7. Ok, how could i hook to 12v batteries together and still run 12v. I'm pretty sure you just connect the + from one battery to the other +, and then same for -. But if they are also hooked to the charger would i keep the charger connected to both batteries? Thanks, Dylan

  9. So i have a cottage up in canada, and i know there are tons of bass in the lake there, i have gone snorkeling and seen some 8+ pounders. It's mostly rocky bottom with weedbeds mixed in, i usually fish drop offs and rocky shoals, and have never fished plastics there. I have pretty much only used crankbaits and they have done decent for me in the past. The lake has both largemouth and smallmouth so techniques for each would be helpful. I think the temperature will be warm about 80ish. So i was wondering where to start and what would work best?
  10. I know i spend alot on fishing stuff, so i was just wondering how much everyone else spends on fishing stuff
  11. During the night walleye will come really shallow (sometimes 2-3ft) and this is when they like to feed. So go out during the night and target deep drop offs, say from like 4ft to 20ft, the waleyes will be hanging out around there. And during the day use orange jigs and mister twister grubs and jig over these drop offs, as well as run deep diving crankbaits along them.
  12. Big black jitterbug has done well for me
  13. would you also like to forward the PM to me? thanks

  17. Just bought a quantum tour edition pt, and every time i cast it, it makes this awful noise. Has anyone else had this same problem? If so how can i fix it?
  18. I've heard to do topwater when it rains, but i have never really tried it so not sure if its true or not.
  19. I fish this local pond and have caught plenty of bass there but now the duckweed seems to be taking over the pond and makes it almost impossible to fish with anything because it gets covered in weeds. Usually just pitch a tube to open areas but there is becoming less and less, so any ideas on what to use to get to the fish? and also not sure how big this one is
  20. Does anyone use any line conditioner regularly (i.e Reel Magic, KVD line and lure conditioner), i was just wondering if this stuff makes that much of a difference with tangles and casting distance. I was thinking of getting some but i dont know what kind works best, or if it is even woth it.
