  4. there are several ways to do it. You can drill through the apron and fasten it. Then plug or leave open the holes. Or they make 90 deg bends that you can fasten the legs with. You can also dowl it. I would opt to make the apron. Dont put the legs too close to the center or the table will rock or fall over if something heavy is on the edge. Google it, there are alot of videos that show step by step. So far it looks great!!!

  13. Guys, I'm looking for some opinions on 1/8-5/32 weedgaurds. If you are looking for a jig in weights 5/8 and up which would you prefer and why? Here is the reason for the question and my thoughts to it. I have modified a Brush jig mold and a Football mold and bumped it up to a 5/32. In testing I have found this seems even more weedless in these heavier weights. No loss in hookups. If you were looking to buy a jig in these bigger sizes would you want the option of both sizes or just trim out some of the 5/32? There is approx 7 strands different. I believe trimming is the better way to go since its more multi-role.
  14. Very nice catchin!

  17. 20-24 gauge copper wire from Hobby Lobby. I dont use thread. Wrap the wire around twice and snug up with some needle nose pliers. It wont come off again.
  18. If you going deep go with the Stacee (spelling). Its one of my favorite DD jerkbaits.
