Would you do it?
Honestly, I was going to say "Go for it". Then I saw the wife comment and backpeddled. I dont think I would risk it for round 4. I dont think its worth the risk of your family. The above poster on the comment on Uncle Sam taking care of your wife is dead on. I would pass.

I hate alligators
#3 here. Last time I was at Hilton Head SC I was golfing and I hit a ball close to one of the ponds. Well I went down by the pond and there sat my ball about 3 feet from a gator. Needless to say, he kept it. ;D

roundball jig
Bilgerat. Thats exactly the kind of mold I was looking for to reproduce those for 3-5 inch grubs. I just cant find the mold to hold that big of a hook unless I use the one like muddy posted. I have that mold and I'm thinking I might use it and customize a pin to make it a completely round head if I cant find one like you posted. What a pain. LOL Thanks for helping guys

roundball jig
Thats basically the same as my finesse jig mold. I guess i can modify a weedguard pin to the mold to make these. Hmmmm] Do grubs stay on this style head good?

roundball jig
Does anyone here use this style of roundball head and do you like it? http://www.barlowstackle.com/acb/showdetl.cfm?&DID=6&Product_ID=2529&CATID=59 I need to find me a mold that makes small weight jig heads that will hold big hooks. I'm going to start fishing grubs more.

Crankbait lip question
No, not the same. What its doing is having the bill/bait sit at a steeper angle down to get the bait moving down deeper faster. There are a few co's out that do this. I think Bandit has a series with a bb or something in the bill for this. The ballast weight can control depth by moving it in the lure by changing the angle the bait sits in the water. This alters the angle the bill/bait will run. It also gets the bait to sit up correctly. You have to figure in buoyancy. More buoyant the bait the shallower it will go. Simple resistance. Same with line diameter. here are alot of the factors that lead to depth. Body shape length of bill angle of bill(one of the biggest) shape of bill Density/weight of lure buoyancy line diameter line tie These have to be in the right coorilation to one another to achieve maximum depth and action.

You could look at that new Ruger LCR or LCP. Both are decent firearms. I've sold a ton of them. My buddy just picked one up the other day.

Pistol for the ol lady
Burley, that is the same pistol we got for Lauren. She loves that thing more than me.... Good little gun. If she has never shot before I'd look at the 9mm though.
