For finesse fishing I'll typically use a Db craw, or baby rage craw. Standard jig fishing will be a db craw or rage craw. I also take off 1-2 sections off the back of the craw.

I'm with the other guys. Cranks/Lipless cranks for a start. A lot does depend on the boater though.

I prefer them on a shaky head/stand up jighead over T rigged. I like the fall presentation and how the craw points up from the shaky head over a Trig unless I'm fishing in the weeds. That rage rig is deadly over the tops of grass, dropping down weedlines, or dragging over lay downs from what I've found.

I use 20-24 ga wire.
