How Clear Is Clear Enough?
Fishing up on St Clair I've actually seen the jerkbait bite color completely change with a cloud coming over then change back when the cloud moves on. This was all in the same spot, same depths, etc. Nothing changed but the cloud.

How Clear Is Clear Enough?
That is the great thing about fishing. The ever changing weather patterns, available light, and will it or will it not effect the bite. The ultimate goal of the fisherman is learning to read these condition changes and change with them.

How Clear Is Clear Enough?
That is about the same as I use. Will all colors possibly catch fish in any water condition. Yes. There are a few colors I have found over the years that work in many if not all conditions. 2 of those are Black and Blue then Green Pumpkin. From my experiences jig fishing some colors do out produce in different water types. When I fish clear water I have always had better luck with browns, greens, etc. While others will work I have best confidence in these colors. Tablerock Lake is a prime example of this. I have yet to catch a fish out of that lake on black/blue jig. But If I throw a green pumpkin or PBJ I know I'll catch fish. I also know people do catch fish on blk blue in this lake. When a fisherman is getting into jig fishing or asks for my opinion on what I would throw my goal is giving them the highest probability from my experiences. I want to make the learning curve as short as possible with the best chance of success. Congrats on the Rescue Diver Preytorien, That was one of my favorite classes.

Any Gardeners Here?
My wife does most of the canning but I do know she adds lemon juice to it. To tell you the truth I've never been able to taste the lemon. Its not much at all. Teaspoon I think. We actually just can the sauce. No ingredients to for pasta sauce or anything. We add all of that when we use it. We started with a standard canning kit but we did just get a pressure canner for this year. I did grow a few sweet potatos and had one bigger then a football. LOL

Any Gardeners Here?
I'll grow garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, and potatos. Once in awhile I'll throw watermelon or cucumbers in the mix. Its a good time. I grow enough tomatoes that I never need to buy sauce during the year.

Lake Of The Ozarks
The pattern on LOZ doesnt change for the most part from what I've found. Nice Bass is right. This time of year it will be a jerkbait, jig bite. Then it will change to a wiggle wart bite. From there it will go to a flippin/pitchin docks, then to a dd22 on main lake pts back to docks then back to the jerkbait. Thats the short version but pretty darn accurate base starting point.

Tungsten Weights For Flippin ?
7.00 is way too high for a tungsten weight in 3/4-1oz. I sell the 1 oz for $4.56. http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/Tungsten-Flipping-Weight-85.htm?productId=65 Anyway. I've always used 2 colors. Black or GP. Main reason is I typically only throw those to colors of plastics.
